Vacation Services
- Perimeter checks to confirm doors are secure
- Marketing flyers removed from the front door
- Packages and deliveries relocated to a secure area

Trash Bin Valet Services – NEW!
- Waste bins are rolled from your house to the curb or alley late in the afternoon the day before collection day
- A quick lid check is performed to make sure there are no obvious items placed in the wrong bin (for example, recycling in the yard waste bin)
- After your bins are emptied by Seattle Public Utilities on collection day, we roll them back to the house by 9pm the same day
